The final phase of the Flitch Green masterplan was an important step in providing enhanced community facilities for current and future residents.
In the layout of the masterplan it was key to maintain all residential development north of Stebbing Brook. This reduced new infrastructure and made use of brownfield land. Tree-lined boulevards guide pedestrian movement and enhance natural surveillance. Land south of Stebbing Brook will enhance the aesthetic and ecological value of the area and provide much needed leisure facilities for the community.
