Black Win Institution of Civil Engineers Competition
Following an invited competition, Black Architecture has been selected by the Institution of Civil Engineers (ICE) to undertake a detailed feasibility study into the reordering and refurbishment of their Grade 2 listed building at One Great George Street, SW1.
The study will examine how the building can be developed to satisfy the institution’s requirements over the next twenty five years and provide world class facilities for their members and guests, the public, and their executive.
Paul Hinkin, Managing Director of Black commented;
"We are delighted to continue our relationship with the Institution of Civil Engineers and relish the opportunity of working with them on this exciting and challenging project."
Paul recently attended the UK Green Building Council Sustainability Leadership in the Built Environment Programme.
"It was a really good few days spent learning from an excellent range of speakers with a really well informed and engaged group of senior delegates; I would thoroughly recommend it to any organisation that is really serious about sustainability."
