We were thrilled to be asked to develop plans for Fitzpatrick’s own headquarters building. Keen to demonstrate their approach to social environmental responsibility, Fitzpatrick determined that their new building would be required to achieve an Excellent BREEAM rating.

Located in a clearing in a coniferous wood the building required a sensitive approach to both the design and construction. The tight programme will see Fitzpatrick occupy their new building at the beginning of 2008 proving that the contractor practice what they preach.
