Reduce Re-use Recycle....

A redundant office building adjacent to the railway station offered an opportunity for a conversion to residential.

Our design retained the existing building and supplemented it with new development to maximise the value of the site whilst reducing the costs of redevelopment and minimising waste. We proposed warehouse style units above retail shops at ground floor to create an active frontage.

New pavilions were introduced onto the roof, private terraces together with a communal roof garden on top of the retail element provides valuable outdoor space for all the residents.
