As with 2020, the annual audit of the ISO 9001 Quality Assurance system was conducted remotely by an independent consultant from the British Standards Institute.
The review of systems contained within Black Box looked at how all aspects of the business have operated over the past 12 months as we continue to address the challenges of Coronavirus. The conclusions were that the practice continues to maintain robust procedures which benefit our clients and the buildings we design for them. It is also a credit to the team who have worked hard throughout the year in difficult circumstances.
Looking forward, the ambitious quality and ethical objectives that the practice has set will go on to deliver low carbon projects for our clients and improve the wellbeing of users.
